29 year old woman, nickname Shaniya "s-dot"Carter from S. Carrolltonn, Louisiana has just been released from LOUISIANA CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN (LCIW) after 8 years, claiming to be Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. +lilwayne's half sister.
According to local witnesses, Shaniya has only been seen as a young girl in the Hollygrove area in the late 1980's where she was there after relocated to California's Gardena area then to Monroe, Louisiana where she was booked in several juvenile detention centers including The Green Oaks Juvenile Detention Center located on four acres that was donated to the Ouachita Parish Police Jury in Monroe, Louisiana.
